REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: May 2026
At Tides 2 Trails, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade skincare products using carefully selected natural and organic ingredients. Because our products are personal care items, we have established the following refund and return policy to ensure product safety and fairness for all customers.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives:
-
damaged,
-
defective,
-
incorrect, or
-
missing items,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:
-
your order number,
-
a description of the issue, and
-
clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer:
-
a replacement product,
-
store credit, or
-
a refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
-
opened skincare products,
-
used products,
-
sale or clearance items,
-
gift cards,
-
customized or limited-edition products.
Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities
All customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing. While we use natural and skin-friendly ingredients, individual reactions can occur.
Tides 2 Trails is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.
Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
Shipping Issues
Tides 2 Trails is not responsible for:
-
shipping delays caused by carriers,
-
lost or stolen packages marked as delivered,
-
incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
